Just some pregnancy scare advice needed

Like two maybe three years ago I had an abortion. So I remember quit well the way I was feeling n stuff leading up to the procedure. I had a little pregnancy scare and I swear I feel pregnant idk if that makes sense. It’s like the same symptoms n stuff as before when I was preg. I peed on a stick and it was negative but I’m still scared. Should I wait a week and pee on another of my period hasn’t come or just accept that it was negative 😂
