Sleep paralysis or what?

I'm not sure what this would be called but I was asleep & had a "dream" that i walked into my mothers room & turned on her tv, my room is on the other side on the house from my mom's room. The next morning I told my mom & she said it was weird because the tv actually turned on by itself in the middle of the night & she had to go cut it off. I dont sleep walk & even if I did my mom would have heard me walk into her room because she always wakes up if I go in her room even if it's during the night.
