Myo-inositol on possible 2dpo

So my doctor put me on letrozole days 5-9. On cd14 I believe I ovulated because my cramps were so intense that I’m sorry for tmi but even passing gas was painful. I was so irritable and so uncomfortably bloated but I get those ovulation pains every month. Today is cd16 and if I in fact ovulated I am 2 dpo. I received my myo-inositol in the mail yesterday and I see the instructions are to take 4 a day. I was thinking about starting it today but if I ovulated 2 days ago would it still be effective? I don’t want to take to many things to end up confusing my body. Any insights?
