3rd day of menstruation this is what came out of me.

Please I’m on my flow, I use menstrual cup. I felt some sharp pains then went to the rest room, i found this on the cup.
Few days to my flow I had pains in my nipples, though I tested it was negative.
Do U think this is miscarriage or blood clots? Please help TTC for 7 years now
