The ones inside your lip are probably just canker sores. And the sore in the corner of your mouth, have you injured it at all? I have “cracked/split” mine just by eating tortilla chips too fast lol. Vitamin deficiencies could also cause it. If it doesn’t clear up, I’d definitely see a dr just to be safe.

The one on the side looks like it could be a blister or a herpe 
My cousin gets those during outbreaks. Unless u have dry skin then it could be a crack!
