Experienced wig wearers?

I'm curious if any women on here are experienced wig wearers? I have been battling hair loss for years now, no product works as it is a symptom of my lupus. So I've been really considering "wiggin' it". A big problem I'm having is I live in a rural area so we're don't have a wig shop. I've been looking online, but there are SO MANY options.

I am curious if any of you have recommendations on a brand, website, any do's and don'ts, and any products to purchase with a wig.
