Fluctuation of symptoms

Just looking for people in similar boat really.

I feel like my symptoms are fluctuating the last few days. I'm 6+6 today. My HCG at 6weeks was 20829.

I had bad morning queasyness from about 5 weeks until just on the weekend. I'm not sure if it's because I've finally figured out some food I can eat and tolerate that I'm not getting so queasy now?

I grab my boobs 20+ times a day just to check they are still tender. Still got smell sensitivity, food aversions, fatigue. But just wondering if in any cases their symptoms fluctuate during the early weeks?
