Sooo I need advice...about my job

I’m thinking I’m going to quit my job for a few reasons...

Reason 1 being I don’t get to pump at work...our upper lady told me that I couldn’t lock my office door that I needed to ask someone to fill in for me while I go pump. Problem with that is we don’t have enough people for any of the guys to fill in for me.

Reason 2 being we have a work bully. She is miserable and she tries to get everyone in trouble for stupid stuff. She got a girl fired last week because she made a mistake with stuff that is new to everyone. When I came back from maternity leave she was acting like she was my boss and I was assured she wasn’t but yet she acts like it and they let her treat people like total shit. She has ran so many employees off. I think they keep her because she’ll do stuff no one else will. But they don’t know her true personality no matter how many people tell them. I just can’t deal with her. She literally tells other employees nasty sex stories and still has a job! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Reason 3 being my kiddo is sick for the first time ever and I’ve called out of work and they advised me maybe I needed to find another sitter that can watch sick kids.

Last reason 4...the company has gotten so big that they’ve hired new people and keep making bonus and raise promises they don’t keep.

I rather stay home with my kids if this company is going to treat their staff this way. Am I wrong?
