Bruises??

My sister has bruises every where and doesn’t know how she gets them... what could she do to prevent it??? She tryed to take something and it made it worse..

Low iron can cause you to bruise super easily. I used to end up with massive bruises especially on my legs and never know how I got them. 
She should talk to her doc

Is she low on iron? Does she feel tired a lot? She could be anemic.

Ok I have to ask does your sister use advil or excedrin? My doctor told me they thin the blood and cause you to bruise more easily. I kept getting bruises with no idea how. Until she asked me that and them told me to just take ibuprofen. I no longer bruise easily.

Could be low platelets. But those usually have an underlying cause such as other diseases or random like ITP (idiopathic thrombocytopenia)

She may be anemic, or she may have a more serious underlying condition. Excessive bruising is one of the early signs of leukemia, although these don’t look super worrisome so it’s probably not that. But I would definitely suggest she go get a CBC panel to have her blood work checked

i get like this because i am anemic. sometimes i’ll just get the nastiest purple bruises that are so tender and have no idea what i did to get them. 
i once accidentally bumped into a desk and my arm swelled up and turned black, the bruise itself was as big as a softball. 
i’d definitely look into getting a doctor, they do iron checks (and iron supplements.) also make sure you stay hydrated (i love pedialyte)
