Ectopic Symptoms ??

I’m 6 weeks 3 days and I’ve been experiencing a constant dull  ache in the left side for a few hours today . Before today I got this pain much worse a few times on and off. Am I just over reacting ? What were your symptoms if you’ve had ectopic? I’ve had no bleeding at all but very intense cramping which I know can just be a regular pregnancy symptom. They denied me an ultrasound because they said it would be too soon to see anything

My ectopic consisted of a positive test followed by bleeding heavier then spotting but lighter then a period. I had no pain at all... when they did an ultrasound I had a thinning lining showing no viable pregnancy anywhere... I’m sure your just feeling you’re Uterus is probably just stretching because your baby is growing. ￼￼

My ectopic consisted of cramps and aches on my right side up until when I started bleeding at 5w6d and went to the ER where they had to remove my tube where the pregnancy was.
I just had an ultrasound last week at 5w5d and yesterday at 6w3d to confirm placement in my uterus and hb 131. so your doctor should def be able to see fetus now

I had an ectopic back in March 2019. Started with bleeding around 5 weeks 4 days, and then intense cramping started at 6 weeks. I will tell you this cramping was the worst pain I’ve ever had,  couldn’t sleep, nothing would take the pain away. 
They were able to see the ectopic in my Fallopian tube at 6 weeks with ultrasound so keep pushing and advocate for yourself, maybe get an HCG level drawn through your blood. 
I’m sure you’re fine, cramping can be normal.
