Stopped my progesterone today I'm 😖scared to death

So I'm 12wks 2 days today and had my Genetics ultrasound and blood test done. Ultrasound tech says baby looks great so far. Heart rate 167. I was taking 200mg progesterone 3x a day since I was 6wks 2 days and my Nurse Practitioner (OBGYN) told me to stop⛔ taking them now. I have had a stillborn daughter at 24wks(water broke slowly she was healthy other wise) so I'm scared to death about this. Has anyone stopped progesterone and everything was still ok?
