How did you mamas start labor

I am 38 weeks and 3 days.

As of todays checkup I am 3.5 dilated and dr can feel baby’s head 😬

He has scheduled us to be induced in 7days if we don’t go into labor by then.

I have so much pressure it’s so uncomfortable

I do not have any contractions so I’m curious on how I can get some started or get my water to break or something!

I’ve been walking and I’ve been bouncing on a ball

I absolutely can not do sex as it’s to painful and uncomfortable

Today ive been losing my plug but no blood or anything 😞
