Told we would have a premie

I am currently 24 weeks and 4 days. Due to baby having a single umbilical artery, she has IGUR. We were told a realistic goal to carry would be 32 weeks. I’m going for weekly check ups and if there is any sign of distress I will be sent to be monitored/induced....so we know we will have a premie, my concerns are how do we as parents prepare? My hope is that she is born and needs as few interventions as possible.... we could use some success stories right now!
