Middle back pain??? 30 weeks
Hi ladies. Currently 30 weeks pregnant with baby #1. Last night i started experiencing pain in my middle back. My lower back is fine, but my middle back is killing me. I’ve tried a bath, heating pad, and Tylenol. Sometimes it wraps around to my ribs but not always. I called the office and triage just said Tylenol and rest, which doesn’t seem to be helping lol. Is this just a normal pregnancy thing?
