Does anyone else still feel off?

Just wondering if anyone else still doesn’t feel like “themselves” or “back to normal” after giving birth?

(I did have PP anxiety/depression which I’ve been taking medication for for several months now), but I just still feel tired a lot of the time, not as much energy, just generally run down and not feeling the same as I used to before baby. I read today that it takes your body a full year to recover from pregnancy & childbirth. I’m also still breastfeeding. Just wondering if any other mamas experience this too. We are all in this together and are all doing a great job!! 💕
