Hospital or wait for appointment?

I've been having frequent awful headaches, back pain, stomach pain and it gets hard, and nausea. I'm 31 wks, I have an appointment tomorrow but I'm in lots of pain, should I wait until my appointment tomorrow or go into L&D tonight?

Are you still feeling the baby moving? If not, you should go in right away.

I would go in and get checked. Heavy headache could.mean other things (you can deff try tylenol its safe) but that wont help other symptoms. 
It sounds like pre labor for pains and tighten and nausea but could just be Braxton hicks  aswell and with baby in certain position making every pain and nausea worse. 
But I always say.
It's better to be safe.
