Yes most people have things they are insecure about but that doesn’t mean that they stalk their partner. I’m insecure bc I have a really big head but I’m secure in my relationship and I don’t have to go through my partners phone. Two diff things here

I’m not insecure about my partner adding women on social media and liking their pictures. It’s literally the whole point of social media. If you trust them it shouldn’t be an issue.

I have insecurities, but none of them are correlated to my relationship. I'm insecure of my legs because that's where I store fat, but that doesn't mean I'm insecure about my relationship. I think you're confusing 2 seperate concepts here. I have insecurities, but I feel secure in my marriage

You’re making huge assumptions with that last sentence...do I have insecure moments? Of course. But never because of something like my partner adding a female friend on social media or liking her picture. My insecurities don’t really center around my partner at all, more about other things (school, career, etc.)

Maybe some do but also it’s different in the moment. You can say you’ll act a certain way but then you don’t. None of us know if they actually act differently or not. Half of the things women bring up on here I would not even notice or look into. I don’t think it’s because I’m secure and confident. I just literally would not even think to ask if my boyfriend unfollowed his ex or anything like that. I don’t understand going through someone’s phone. I don’t understand checking browser history. I don’t understand getting mad about porn. I’m not personally lying when I say those things don’t bother. 
Everyone has moments of insecurity. We all are insecure about different things though and express it differently

If my husband started adding random women.. liking their pics.. I would leave him.. that may sound drastic but my trust would be gone.. if it was a female friend or someone we know.. that's different.. but the moment he is seeking attention from other women.. what does that say about him 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I have standards.. not insecurities.

Sure, we all feel insecure at times, but not necessarily about the same things and may not consider things in the same way. (Like if you are actively polyamourous, you would let your partner sleep with other people...)
But people probably do smudge up the truth a little on here. Probably without intending to sometimes, perhaps they are leaning towards being an ideal they have in their head- like transcending jealousy.

I have my own insecurities but I trust my husband. If he did stuff I didn’t feel comfortable with, I’d talk with him about it. His fb only has people he’s friends with and even ex girlfriends. If he liked an ex gfs pic I wouldn’t be mad because I may want to like an old ex bfs pic. It doesn’t mean I’m going to cheat on my husband or vice versa.
But I think everyone had their own issues. Some people have different thresholds. For example, some of my friends are way more open about having conversations with their partners about hot people they know. My husband and I have a mutual understanding that we don’t do that. Because of things like that I don’t feel insecure with him because he doesn’t do stuff that would make me feel bad about myself 🤷🏽‍♀️
