Brown Discharge/ Spotting?!?

Please help! I’ve been on Junel Fe Birth control pills for about 2 years now and never had anything like this. I take my pills everyday around the same time and have never missed one. I am sexually active but the past few times we have not used a condom and he pulled out. I started my period about 2 weeks ago and it lasted for 4 days then stopped. Yesterday after working out, I noticed brownish red spots in my underwear and there’s more this morning when I woke up. Does anyone know what this could be from??!
