TTC Advice

I have been TCC for a year and some change. I got pregnant my senior year of high school and I miscarried mainly because I didn't know I was pregnant, we weren't trying and my period was irregular so I was really unsuspecting. By the time I found out, it was too late. I cried my tears and sang my sad songs but I am determined to try again and succeed! If at all possible, I would like to know what you did to conceive? What do you feel like really helped you?
