What do you use for your babies dry skin?

I know lotion isn’t recommended for a newborn so I was wondering what would be best to use on a 4 week old baby? I hear A&D and such like that but I’m thinking more natural. Any type of baths I can do? Also what do you do to soothe your baby?

How often are you bathing him currently? The most "natural" thing is just to cut down on bath frequency, as it really does dry out their skin.
