Good Diet Plan?

Does anyone have a link to a step by step plan? I'm not about to spend extreme amounts of money on jenny or weight watchers. But it's hard to find a free plan.

Pinterest helps :) there is different ones like for meals only and for workouts only mix the two together and BAM! You're in control of your plan :😁😁

try Noom Coach app. It helped me loose 30lbs! It's not a calorie counter or restricting at all but keeps track of the kinds of foods your eating (calorie dense etc etc) It really helps you learn excellent eating habits. It's wonderful.

I've done weight watchers on my own for free. As long as you have an app or calculator that will tell you your points allowed per day, you can find so many recipes that you can use. It's how I intend to loose the baby weight from this pregnancy after I deliver.

Instagram has so many , I've also purchased a million but Instagram has all you need . Just search exersizes or meal plans or anything and you will find so much stuff
