Reflux tips?

Any tips for reflux? We are doing cereal in the bottle and he’s still spitting up. He’s allergic to zantac

Cereal in the bottle..n sitting up after meals..at least 30 minutes..which is hard at night so i put her in her chair..she grew out of it by 3months

My daughters Zantac was recalled. We are on omeprazole now and it helps with the pain. Rice in every bottle helps with some of the spit up, but we still deal with a ton of it. 
I’ve also heard that a chiropractor can help, but haven’t tried that yet.

The Zantac is really just to help the discomfort in the chest by decreasing the amount of acid the stomach produces. I took my son to see the gastroenterologist and she recommended beachnut oatmeal in the formula. My son is now 7 months. He drinks 5oz of formula and 3 1/2 teaspoons of the oatmeal. He does really well. Minimal spit up.

Our daughter is on Prevacid (lansoprazole) and it works well. She still spits up but it doesn’t hurt her!

We did rice cereal and it didn’t help. Oatmeal cereal has helped the best with us.
