Some advice or help plz

Ok I'm on junel Fe 1.5/30 just started my very first pack of the 28 day. Never taken the bc pills ever and I have another full week of the normal before I start the placebos. And I'm bleeding and cramping. What do I do? Yes I will call my doc but I was just seeing what u guys know first before I do. I have pcos so is that causing anything? Like I said I have a whole week b4 I start the placebos and I'm bleeding.
