Overwhelmed

Does anyone else feel like they are a bad mom? I’m extremely overwhelmed and feel like nothing I do is right I’m a first time mom and my son is 4 months old I knew having a baby would be hard but I didn’t know it would be this hard. Most of the time I’m losing my mind I’m extremely emotional, I think it’s because I get no sleep sometimes I think he hates me. I sit up and cry some nights. I just want to know if anyone else feels like this. I just want to scream and cry.
