Baby almost 1 and under 18lbs

Anyone here have a baby that was under 17lbs at 1 yr? Were your doctors concerned and did they find anything wrong? Little one was 5lbs at birth and has been growing great but it concerns me when strangers make comments on how small she is. Doctor isn't concerned.
