Implant

Anyone else on this on the implant birth control? Was just wondering if anyone had been having irregular periods and how long did it take for them to become regular again. I’ve had the implant in for 8 months now and at the start I got my period as normal, then I got it again and was bleeding for weeks then I didn’t get it, then I got a normal 6-8 day period and now I haven’t had one since the start of November and my period is 27/28 days late. Any chance I could be pregnant or is my periods just really irregular?
