Help me please!!!

I had sex 9 days before my period and 3/4 days after my fertile window, we used condoms with spermicide. My period was supposed to come the day before yesterday (January 15th) but it didn't come. I'm very nervous, yesterday night I had a little light brown spotting and some light cramps. I'm so worried about this. My bf and a friend told me that I have to calm because that may be what's affecting my period but I don't know how to do it. I wanted to throw today but I think is because the anxiety I feel.
