Pcos diagnosis... what now

My dr diagnosed me with pcos today. I’m 8 months pp and am so glad to have my little girl. I haven’t had a period in over 6mo and she started me on provera today to hopefully start my period and get me back on track. I haven’t been on bc for over 6mo and now know why we can’t conceive. It took a while to conceive my daughter and now I know why. Tips and tricks on how to cope with pcos? Also has anyone had provera and what should I expect?
