Ideas for healthy/comforting snacks during pregnancy for @ work?
Taking any & all pregnancy snack ideas!! I work full-time and my work doesn’t know I’m pregnant yet, aside from that so far the only times I’m really nauseous is if I let myself get hungry (I’m hungry ALL the time) I’ve noticed I need to snack almost every hour and when I don’t, nothing sounds good and the nausea hits.. I’m trying so hard to stay on top of fruits & veggies but lately all that sounds good is comfort food. I work @ a front desk so looking for yummy things I can take a few bites of in the back in-between work. And yes I’m nauseous right now so nothing sounds good😂🤦🏼♀️
