Not sure what is going on
So I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS and I have a bicornuate shaped uterus. I had my period Jan 1. And ovulated after my period and TTC on my first positive ovulation test. But only did it once. Lately been having what I would call light period cramping, nausea in morning and mild headaches. Not really sure what I’m experiencing but it couldn’t be pregnancy symptoms already could it?
