What does hospital provide for mom and baby?

Ftm and wondering  what you went home with and what you were given at the hospital for you and baby.  Packing my hospital bag and just want to make sure I'm covered.  Best of luck to all the beautiful mamas 😻💚

It’s best to call the hospital you plan to deliver at to know specifically. 
My hospital gave us diapers, wipes, formula, mesh underwear and big pads for me. And toiletries I used, I took home.

Depends on the hospital but mine provided pads, a peri bottle, cold pads, mesh underwear, and witch hazel pads.. I also asked for more of everything before I left the hospital and they loaded me up. 
For baby they provided wipes, diapers, blankets, hat, shirt and even gave me a good thermometer to take home.

Where Iv delivered, they have given us everything you need. I just always bring loose fitting, comfy clothes for me & don’t forget clothes for the SO, and clothes for baby. I live in the US, but I’m sure even the hospitals here are different from each other

I gave birth at Swedish and they gave me:
A belly binder (c section) 
A manual pump
A peri bottle
Nipple cream
Mesh diapers
Pads
Baby:
Diapers
Wipes
A hat

My hospital gives mom a bag of pads, mesh underwear and squirt bottle along with wipes and a binder if you have a csection.
For baby they empty the cart/bassinet of items for you. Diapers, wipes, shampoo, formula, vaseline and formula.
Also, I got some pumping goodies. Tubing and bottle from the lactation lady.

Totally different for every hospital. I would go on a tour of yours and ask them what they provide. My hospital provided everything, including snacks and a halo swaddle blanket! They sent me home with all of the things I used there as well (disposable underwear, witch hazel pads, etc.)
