TTC safe meds?

Hey,

I’ve been trying to conceive for about a year now and will begin IVF in about a week... I’ve put off going to the doctors and seeking anti depression/anti anxiety meds because I didn’t want to be on anything that could cause issues with future babies.. but I just have not been able to deal. I’m constantly crying, feeling worthless and irritable. It’s to the point it’s seriously affecting my job and I’m getting bad reviews... I don’t have a primary doctor, just an OBGYN and RE. I don’t really want to establish a new primary just for this, and don’t even know how to bring it up without seeming like a “”druggie””
