Possible implantation ?

So Ive had 3 back to back pregnancies, with only 1 period between each one.. So I have NO CLUE what my cycles look like since Ive never had a full one since my firstborn in 2017. I found out I was pregnant with #4 l, 7 months post-partum (had not even had a period yet either) and miscarried on the 8th.. Is it possible to already be having implantation bleeding?? Its exactly like my other 3 pregnancies, same type of pink/red tinged mucus alongside some minor cramping.. Or maybe its just ovulation already? I usually dont spot during ovulation but I know it does happen.. Thoughts??
