Fertility after IUD?

So I took my IUD out on the 8th, and had what I’m assuming was a period from the 10-12th. Hubby and I have had sex a few times, since if that was my period I shouldn’t be ovulating yet. But today I had some light bleeding again, that only lasted a couple hours.

Could I be mistaken about the period and it actually just have been bleeding from the IUD taken out? Could today have been implantation bleeding?

Anyone with experience, help a girl out. We weren’t quite ready to get pregnant yet, just wanted to get the IUD out to help my hormones get back in order. This has got me freaking out.
