What is this on my sons back? Freaking out

He has a slight fever

Looks like hives. He may have had an allergic reaction to something.. have you tried any new foods or used any different soaps or detergents?

Honestly my son has super sensitive skin, so if he just roughly bumps it, scratches or even little Nerf bullets will leave little bumps like that on him. 
ALTHOUGH he gets them when he has an allergic reaction to the melon fruit bowl as well, but usually it's just him having sensitive skin. Put hydrocortisone on it or give him Benadryl

Looks like roseola, see in the next few days if he has diarrhea. Make an appointment
