Bleeding/spotting

Sorry if this is TMI, I’m just really scared and need input. I’m 15w2d and I’ve been spotting quite frequently. I’ve been constipated and the vaginal bleeding is usually heavier after i struggle with a BM. But sometimes it will just happen randomly. My husband and i haven’t had sex so i know it’s not caused by that... I’ve gone in to the doctor and ER twice in the last 2 weeks and have been told everything is fine, but it really doesn’t reassure me about the bleeding. Has anyone else been dealing with this? This is my first pregnancy I’m just so worried it’s a sign of something bad happening..
