Bath time nightmare

My baby is 11 weeks and loved bath time up until about 1 week ago. Now, she still loves the actual bath but wails about 2 minutes after she gets out. I mean, screams bloody murder uncontrollably for like 20 minutes. We have a temp gauge for the water and keep the room heated, so it's not an issue of being cold. And I stopped putting lotion or anything else on her until I get this figured out. Usually she'll just scream until she falls asleep. She's always fed before and after her bath now because of this and always about 15 minutes after she wakes from her last nap, so she's not tired... I feel so bad for her. Anyone else having this issue?
