Yes but you need to get into it first. The first week or two might be a bit of a struggle, but working out actually releases endorphins which make you feel ‘happy’ and reduce your perception of pain.

Real talk: the first few weeks definitely won't feel that way, & even someone who's generally really into exercising will have times where it's not super enjoyable-- that's just life. But overall my answer is yes! I am a runner & not only do I like the way my body feels when I am running regularly, but I also feel like it recharges me mentally in a way nothing else does.
