What are his priorities ?!

Okay ladies help me out... As a woman I know I can be difficult sometimes and my fiancé has always put up with my crazy but the reality is we come from two very different backgrounds, I am Brazilian and he is German. The man loves me and he’s shown it in big ways, so there’s no doubt there. However, 1. he never gets jealous, to the point of not seeing the issue in relationships where people are open to having sex with other people, which is cool if that’s your beach but that’s not mine... and 2. He’s an ambitious guy, I love that about him, he has a great job, he’s always networking, he does judo and community service with kids and is in 3 political groups and a band... as you can imagine though, that doesn’t leave much to é for us and while I’m always fighting to see him and make sure we have time he just kinda is more leaned back and if “time cuts” need to be made it’s usually time with me that suffers ... idk if I’m crazy or he’s just a workaholic.
