Poll for families where both parents work full time: does your partner help with the baby at night?

I'm still breastfeeding and my partner is usually very helpful during the day. We both work full time. But, he does NOT wake up to the sound of the baby monitor. She cannot sleep in the room with us bc she's so noisy. He doesn't know how to help with her at night. And by the time I explain, I could've had it taken care of already. I'm losing my shit y'all. Sleep deprivation is so tough. She slept through the night from months 2-4. Now at almost 6 months she doesn't sleep worth a shit. I was up from 11pm-2am and had to get up at 430 to get ready for work. Insert every single foul word under the sun.
