Vaccines and breakouts/dry skin

My sweet baby had her first round of vaccines last week. All last week (while I was sick with the literal worst stomach virus I’ve ever had) she was very fussy, very needy. Later in the week her skin started breaking out and now it’s drying out, and just looks so irritated. Has anyone else experienced a reaction like this after vaccinating?

Do not come on here about pro or anti-vax that’s NOT what this is about. It’s about what I should do about her poor skin and is this normal?
