Is she uncomfortable

I don't know why but lately my baby girl has been grunting and. Moving all night after I feed her and lay her down in her bassinet it's like she is uncomfortable but its only when I lay her in the bassinet if she is laying on the bed she is fine I burp her for a long time sometimes n it's doesn't seem to help any one know what could be going on she just seem unhappy and rest broken 😌 I feel bad for her
