What's wrong

So I'm LO wjo is 5 months old has random started pooping more often but they are really little ones, she strains a little before they come out. She is exclusively breastfed. I can't tell if she's teething but she's dribbly, chewing alot and now has very mild diaper rash.

First time mum here, I'm not overly worried as I would just take her to see the doctor if I thought she needed to go . She's still her happy self generally.
