I think I ovulated cd 9/10, which would put me at 12 dpo. Woke up this morning to a huge temperature spike! Same blankets, same time, same house temperature... what’s going on?

Minimal spotting yesterday, none today at (projected) 14 dpo. BFN this morning and a temperature bump from yesterday’s drop.
