Would you discard CD16 due to drinking?
So CD16 was my birthday so I had 3 drinks the night before. I never have more than a glass of wine. Do you think that affected my temp on CD16 and should I discard it? I’ve inserted the chart with and without that temp. It was bad timing since it was right around my O date so now I’m not sure when specifically I ovulated. If it did affect my temp I wish I could’ve seen what it really should’ve been.
