Don’t trust faint lines.

All ovulation tests are not created equal

Only test after missed periods -don’t waste your money on hope

Just because a pregnancy test is expensive doesn’t mean it’s better than a cheaper one

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, and try again

Don’t blame yourself or your partner

There’s nothing wrong with a good long cry and eating chocolate upon seeing a negative

Celebrate the pregnancies of others, their blessings don’t take away from yours

Remember your partner is also on this journey with you, they too have the ups and downs

Reproduction is not the only objective of sex

Getting pregnant and having a baby is not the only way to become a parent

People often mean well when they say things like β€˜just relax’ so don’t tell them to eff off

Don’t feed into the anger that comes after losing hope

Find things that excite you and distract yourself with them

Don’t put your life on hold to have a baby only to not have lived at all in the end

Tell your loved ones what you need is support and share your journey with them

When you feel like it’s never going to happen, dive deep and find the will to continue

You will be an amazing mother or father, based on the fact that you already love a little human you have not seen yet is evidence of that

THERE IS NOTHING BROKEN IN YOU OR YOUR PARTNER
