Sleepless nights

Alright guy's I need some advice, I have had really bad sleepless nights lately and I would like some tips on what you might do before going to bed!😊
Usually I eat dinner around 6-6:30 p.m then I walk my dog for about 40 min. If it's not to cold out, then getting home by 745-ish & followed by sitting on the sofa with my dog on my lap giving her belly rubs and Watching the Netflix show the office. Usually I'm in bed by 10 p.m And when I fall asleep I have the fan on and it's usually pretty cold in the room and my BF wears a Nose thing so he doesn't snore to loudly, but by 1 am or 2 a.m I am wide awake and just laying in bed! My thoughts sometimes take over and I get caught up, like example...last night woke up at 2 am went to the sofa so my BF wouldn't wake up and just sat there petting my dog & I was worried about paying my bills on time (which always happens) what I'm going to cook for tomorrow night dinner, how work will be tomorrow morning etc. It just keeps going on and on to the point I will get migraines so please help a Lady out and hopefully you ladies have some good tips for me 😭 I'm at my wit's end with no sleep 😟
