Having to pee constantly

PLEASE HELPPPP... I believe I had a yeast infection October and it went away but ever since then I’ve been having to pee constantly. Well for a week or two then it would go away but it always comes back. every time I pee the feeling comes back right after but little to nothing comes out. I try to ignore it for as long as I can but after a couple hours I end up running to the restroom. It doesn’t hurt or have a smell. Only when having sex (I’m with a girl so just fingering). I’ve been abstinent from sex for a couple of days hoping the feeling would go away but it hasn’t. Also, when I pee and I wait a couple of seconds to get the feeling again I noticed a milk white discharge comes out a little. I’m not sure what to do. All my life I never had to pee more than 3 times a day so this is really annoying and unusual. Any suggestions would be so helpful and appreciated!!
