Is it weird to ask my Nanny to be god-mother?
My god parents are my moms aunt/uncle so it’s not the typical sibling/friend of the parents like my brothers have. My nanny is the only person my SO and I feel comfortable asking to be god mother for our baby girls baptism. Is it weird? It’s not like she’s 80 years old either, she’s only 58 and doesn’t have children of her own - she’s active and healthy so I think she’ll be around for plenty of time to spend with my daughter.
