Finally able to clean my home

For all of 2019 me my fiancé and my son lived in the worst place ever. Neighbors so dirty I couldn’t keep up with their roaches coming into my apartment. In about May we emptied our place of food completely had a small shelf for my sons food, formula, bottles, and dishes. We complained so much. We found rat feces. Dog poops was all over the area, trash and homeless people, the stairs were FULL of cigarette butts. Thinking of my son ever taking his first steps there really bummed me out. And I gave up. My and my fiancé worked full time jobs so we would eat out at the end of the day and throw it all in the outside trash can. We never really cooked besides frozen food. Kept only water in the fridge. But I stopped cleaning. We had a basket for clean clothes and would wash the dirty ones once a week. I kept my sons room cleaned and vaccumed and we never really let him leave because the kitchen and living room always had bugs.

We moved January 3rd to the most beautiful 2 bed 2 bath apartment and everyday I have been cleaning and so happy about it. I do dishes and laundry and vaccum and it’s pure joy to me. I’m able to have people over my family stayed here my friends come over I am beyond happy and I feel like all of us as a family deserved this.
